I'm such a procrastinator & dread dealing w/ insurance & repair, but I cannot complain this time as I barely lifted a finger.  K&M handled basically everything once I called my insurance & set up the initial inspection. They were always one step ahead of the process and oversaw the roof replacement from start to finish.
